Payment made at time of booking via cash or paypal. All orders are confirmed via email - any additional instructions / requests to be made at this time. Leather items vary in colour. Bespoke items are not returnable unless faulty. It is your responsibility to provide correct size/measurement, see instructions or visit your tailor. Please note the stamps for Regimental/Corps have been interpreted to reflect the emblem and therefore not always accurate image. Bespoke items are made to measure, please allow 21 days for dispatch.Windsor Saddlers will keep you updated re progress of your item etc. Some items logos can be added to - please enquire as there may be a further charge which purchaser will be responsible for. Majority of items. Hold the Ws logo. Returns: Ws double check items for defaults and adhere to placed orders and therefore not returnable unless faulty. Please email in the first instance to obtain a return reference number. No refunds provided if you have changed your mind/ wrong size/incorrect postal address/item not collected from Post Office. You will be responsible for return postage costs / insurance cover for returning items. Sale Items only returnable if faulty within 7 days. Vouchers: please email - valid for 12 months from date of purchase redeemable via email request. Dye: Spirit based dye used on items that are dyed, although care and attention has been completed to seal there is a chance of the dye running. Avoid immersing in water/mouths etc and allow to dry naturally, note some dyes may rub on items of clothing and Ws do not take any responsibility. Postage: is included in cost of web purchases all other postage costs to be met by purchaser.
