All orders are confirmed via email - any additional instructions / requests to be made at this time.  Payment at time of order.

Cash / cheques and postal orders - accepted and orders processed after clearance.

Prices are in UK Sterling (GBP). 
 
Leather items vary in colour as those shown, we are happy to send samples if you wish.
 
Due to the nature of being specifically made upon request, all items are made to measure/upon request and therefore not returnable unless faulty.
 
Please note that the stamps for the Regimental Belts/other images have been intepreted to reflect the emblem and therefore not provide the accurate image.
 
If you wish to arrange for a bespoke belt to meet your requirements and a buckle you  already own please contact Windsor Saddlers for instructions (postage to be covered by yourself).
 
It is your responsibility to provide correct size/measurements as required - please see instructions to obtain this. Alternatively visit your tailor.
 
All customers will be provided with instructions for care for leather goods (except key rings/wallets).
 
Lifetime warranty on re-stitching and providing extra holes for each Ws belt, together with replacement poppers on compact wallets and glasses case and rivets on key rings, if required, (postage to be covered by sender).
 
UK Items are posted with signed delivery facility in order to track items.   A fee of £6 per item is charged for this postage and packaging.  If you wish to collect please call before order is placed.  (£15 charge for Windsor Satchel orders). Postage charges may vary.
 
Multi-purchases may  receive discount or exempt all postage charges - please contact Ws before confirming your order.
 
Ws may post items to Europe - costs to be confirmed by Windsor Saddlers.  It is your responsibility to provide correct details / collect as appropriate.   Any additional postage for returns etc to be covered by purchaser.   No items will be refunded for mis-postage / non collection.
 
Each item is made to measure therefore please allow 21 days for dispatch, we will of course keep you posted if there are any additional delays, for instance awaiting delivery of materials.  (28 days for all Satchels.)

If you are unhappy with your order please see Returns section.   Please note all costs for postage and insurance are covered by you.  
 
Please note items are made entirely by Ws Craftsman. Items are cut, stitched and finished by hand and therefore multiple items ordered may vary slightly in colour/stitching.  
 
Please note any items made to order to specific colour (ie dye) will be sealed to best of our ability/  A spirit based liquid is used, although due care and attention has been completed to seal them, there is a chance of the dye running.   Avoid immersing in water/mouths etc and allow to dry naturally but some dyes may rub on items of clothing etc and Ws do not take any responsibility.
